We are having some opportunities to improve our service. We had some incidents of not being able to contact our
clients once they arrive in Manila. They had cell phone from their departing countries that they believe would work
in the Philippines. Others arrive with expired Smart or Globe sim card that they bought.
We offer a simple solution of sending an up to date cell phones to our client to speed up the process of meeting with
you at the airport.
To all our valued clients. You asked and we listened. We will be updating our vehicles soon. We want
to assure that you ride in the latest version of vans. So, in the third quarter, we will have a brand new DIESEL engine
Innova. Gas prices are increasing again and we want YOU to save on fuel cost on your out of town trips. We never
waiver from our innitial mission of providing the top shelf service.

To all our clients who have reservations for out-of-town that was cancelled due to flooded roadways. You may already
have recieved e-mails from us regarding the cancellations. Even though your contract with us is with non-refundable
deposit. We at manila van rental felt it was the right thing to do by refunding your deposits. If you decide to
forgo the refund, we will be donating them to the ABS-CBN effort under your name.
This is our effort to try to contact our clients via e-mail and have not recieved word from them.
There has been some mis-understanding regarding some out of town rental:
01. For out-of-town pick-up and drop-off, there is a charge of round trip gasoline and toll
02. For out-of-town trips that require an overnight, driver fee is 800 pesos per day.
03. For in-town Drop-off, there is a fee of 1k.
04. Be sure to print out our contact number and instructions for Airport Pick-Up. We try our best to minimize your
stress when arrive at the airport.
